What's the minimum server count to qualify for MSP pricing?
15 servers minimum. This ensures you're an active MSP. If you're at 14 servers now but growing, contact us anyway - we're flexible for the right partners.
What if I want to cancel my MSP plan?
Cancel anytime. Monthly billing = 30 days notice. Annual billing = pro-rated refund. We earn your business every month - no lock-ins.
